Indian Market Entry · International Business Representation · Business Development · Stakeholder Engagement
Helping international companies build a meaningful business presence in India.
An India-based professional with more than 37 years of practical experience across industrial engineering, specialised R&D applications, infrastructure and stakeholder coordination, industry–education engagement, and Parliamentary and institutional environments. Current professional focus is Indian Market Entry and Market Development for international companies — practical, relationship-driven support for organisations that need an experienced professional on the ground in India.
More than market information — a trusted professional on the ground.
An international company entering or developing the Indian market may need more than market information. It may need a trusted professional who can understand its objectives, work within the Indian business environment, establish appropriate relationships and remain accountable for progressing those relationships.
That is the role I seek to fulfil: an experienced India-facing professional who can act as a practical interface between an international organisation and relevant Indian companies, customers, institutions and stakeholders.
37 years, built through direct experience.
A career spanning industrial engineering, specialised R&D, infrastructure coordination, education, and Parliamentary and institutional environments.
Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) Machines
Professional experience began on 10 June 1989. Based in New Delhi after starting from Hyderabad, travelled extensively across North India meeting industrial customers in oil, ghee, vanaspati, edible oil, milk/dairy and liquor/alcoholic beverage manufacturing.
Weighing Technology & Specialised R&D
Work expanded into weighing machines, weighing scales and electro-mechanical weighing engineering — including R&D orders from missile-manufacturing organisations for determining Centre of Gravity (CG) using weighing technology, a significant specialised engineering application.
Export Processing Zone Coordination
Construction-related coordination in the Export Processing Zone environment, engaging Gram Panchayats, Sarpanches, Ward Members, local elected MLAs and other stakeholders — developing the practical ability to navigate complex local environments.
Educational Coordinator
Training and Placement responsibilities strengthening the interface between educational institutions, industry and employers.
Parliamentary & Institutional Engagement
Migrated to New Delhi in 2015 for professional responsibilities associated with Shri Sanjay Jadhav Ji, Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Parbhani Constituency, Maharashtra. Subsequent work has included handling issues for multiple Lok Sabha MPs, including Shri Bhagwat Khuba Ji, former Hon’ble Union Minister / Minister of State for Chemicals & Fertilizers and New & Renewable Energy (MNRE).

Communicate progress, limitations and relevant developments clearly.
Confidentiality

Establishes the professional standards on which relationships are built.
How I can work with an international company.
Identifying relevant organisations, establishing credible professional connections, and helping develop those connections into productive, sustainable business relationships.
A career built through direct experience rather than theory alone. From industrial customers and engineering applications to infrastructure environments, educational institutions, Members of Parliament and government-facing stakeholders, this professional journey has required communication, persistence, relationship management and responsibility — now applied to helping international companies enter, establish and develop their presence in India.
