Facilitator Status & Non-Liability Notice
GlobalIndiaGateway (and its principal, Surya Mahadeva) acts strictly as a commercial facilitator, strategic representative, and trade conduit. We are not a direct party to, guarantor of, or insurer of any underlying purchase orders, supply agreements, bills of lading, quality inspection reports, or monetary settlements executed directly between independent principals (buyers and suppliers).
GlobalIndiaGateway is not a government body, sovereign authority, diplomatic mission, regulatory authority or governmental agency. Any representation authority exercised by GlobalIndiaGateway arises solely from the applicable written commercial mandate with the relevant client or principal.
1. Mandate-Based Engagement
Submission of a mandate inquiry via this website constitutes a preliminary expression of commercial interest and does not establish a legally binding representation agreement until a definitive, written commercial mandate is signed by both authorized parties.
2. Non-Circumvention & Confidentiality
All parties introduced through GlobalIndiaGateway agree to honor standard non-circumvention protocols. Direct commercial transactions originating from our introductions remain subject to the commission and representation structures codified in the applicable written mandate.
3. Independent Due Diligence
While GlobalIndiaGateway rigorously screens suppliers and buyers for credentials, certifications, and operational history, all transacting parties are advised to perform their own customary legal, regulatory, and credit due diligence prior to dispatching capital or manufacturing high-volume tooling.
4. Governing Law & Inquiries
These terms of engagement are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
